This is my contest entry for
 Character featured is a Goddess Ivy marked young Assassin., Aryck. Only however recently is removed of the ivy mark (face tattoo). But this picture tries to capture the emotionless / sad sombreness of the unbidding assassin using the element of which defines him and his duty. Aryck is from her comic [link] BLATAH. Tried another technique of full brushing wihout resorting to lineart, like I usually do with my pieces. He's more muscular than the character himself and should probably look younger (19) but I hope to have captured the placidness of calm death, although my favourite part of the pic (not so sound morbid) is the hanging body ... it just stands out! *wheeee*  -> limp hanging body/as you can see, the body was tied first and then tousled to hang from the trees and vines of the vibrant wild jungle forest. The fact that the assassin is sooooooo cool looking and expressionless after a good meaty kill is just exceptional. It shows a true professional at work, both here in the picture and the one doing it; you!
